7 years of Furgo en Ruta – Welcome 2020!

Hi everyone!

This year 2020 is presented as a transitional year for Furgo en Ruta, of changes, of end and beginning of projects. On June 13, 2019, 7 years ago, we embarked on a journey to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to live aboard our van throughout Latin America.

And now, 7 years and a few months later, we have decided to leave the van for a few months in Mexico and stop near the family in Barcelona and Lloret de Mar, to close this first cycle of 7 years.

The Septenian Theory

When we decided to take this break, a friend told us that it was no accident that it is just 7 years after the trip began.

Do you know that every 7 years they close and new cycles open? – said Marcelo, a traveling friend we met at the beginning of the route through Argentina, traveling with his guitar and music.

-And not only every 7 years of age, but every 7 years of projects, of being in a couple or of any point that marks an important fact for us. – And the truth is that we had not thought about it, but yes, we both felt that after 7 years on the road, we wanted to be a little longer near the family.

Thanks to Marcelo and many beautiful people we have met on the route, we have grown as people, we feel infinite thanks to the universe and we THANK YOU every morning for one more day of life.

7 years of Furgo en Ruta on the internet

Furgo en Ruta on Youtube

During these 7 years on the road, we have more than 100 episodes of the Furgo en ruta online serie, and we already have almost 7,000 followers on the YouTube channel.

Furgo en route on Facebook

The main channel from where we began to communicate from the beginning of the trip, was through the Furgo en Ruta Facebook page, where we are currently about to reach 7,000 followers.

All of you, who follow us, greet us, encourage us and are always there, being part of this trip. Thanks with all my heart.

Furgo en Ruta on Instagram

When the route arrived in Venezuela, we registered on Instagram, a social network that we also love and where we have gone from 8000 followers.

Apart from allowing us to share the trip with all of you, thanks to Facebook and Instagram, we receive greetings by private, travelers and future travelers ask us questions and send us messages of thanks of all kinds, and we also receive offers to spend a few days in House of people who live on the route where we pass. And yes, we love that.

That is for us the great Magic of social networks.

For this 2020 we are preparing a series of compilation videos where we will highlight which have been for us the most beautiful and special corners of each country we have visited in Latin America.

In the style of this one that we did in Costa Rica and that has had very good acceptance.

So once again we want to thank you for staying here with us, after so many years!

Let’s go for 7 more years!

As our friend Matías says: This is just beginning.

Thank you!
